You can get a text editing app from the Play store But don't get image diting from the Play Store, here is the link to go to the get page and get image editing.
Step 1:- Open text editing and add text and type whatever you want to write on your thumbnail.
Step 2:- Now add the gradient to both the text as add the first text to white and black and the second text to orange and yellow. Now add stroke and shadow to both the text so that it will look so legend. Save this project to your gallery as transparent.
Step 3:- Now open image editing and select your image. And give some shadow at the corner.
Step 4:-Select the character you want to place on the thumbnail as I placed Wolfrah and give him some shadow as you want. Now add the yellow layer and text which we have edited in the text editing app. Add shadow to both and paste the AK47 skin just below the text so that it will look dynamic and very beautiful.
Step 6:- Now add additional images on the thumbnail and save it.
